Dennis is currently the Director of Construction and Commercial Real Estate at 1st Security Bank of Washington where his responsibilities include overseeing loan production for commercial real estate, including the residential construction department. He brings over 35 years of experience in the banking industry and over 30 years of experience in commercial lending. He previously served as the Chief Lending Officer at 1st Security Bank of Washington, as well as Senior Vice President and Puget Sound Regional Director of the residential construction lending division for Sterling Savings Bank (following Sterling Savings Bank’s purchase of Golf Savings Bank in 2006). Mr. O’Leary was a 20-year employee for Golf Savings Bank that culminated as Executive Vice President of the residential construction department and a five-year member of the Board of Directors for that Bank. Mr. O’Leary holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from Central Washington University.
