Under the tutelage of Mr. O'Leary, Adam brings over 25 years of experience in the banking industry.  Mr. Heffley previously served as Senior Vice President of commercial lending for 1st Security Bank of Washington and as a Relationship Manager for Sterling Savings Bank (following Sterling Savings Bank's acquisition of Golf Savings Bank in 2006). Adam holds a BA in Business Administration with focuses in Accounting, Finance, and Information Systems from the University of Washington.  A licensed real estate agent, Adam is also affiliated with Sound Point Real Estate and specializes in residential new construction within the CRE8 footprint.
